The Challenge

StadiaCorp was tasked with a full periodical deep clean of a venue after major renovations, just days before a sold-out NRL Dolphins vs Roosters game.

With contractors bumping out and a new caterer bumping in for their first event, the challenge was to ensure the venue was spotless and ready for over 20,000 attendees while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Our Solution

Stadiacorp worked closely with all stakeholders, developing a detailed cleaning plan that accommodated the specific needs of contractors and the new caterer.

By providing clear communication and strategic planning, including contingencies for bump in/out requirements, we ensured a seamless transition. Our team was on-site to manage the process, delivering efficient and thorough cleaning without disrupting the event preparations.

The Outcome

Thanks to our thorough planning and effective communication, Stadiacorp ensured a calm and successful handover of the site, even in a high-pressure environment.

The venue was impeccably clean, contributing to a successful event for all involved. The record crowd of over 20,000 attendees enjoyed a pristine environment, supported by 700 man-hours of labour in EWP heights, periodical, and event cleaning throughout the week.
