The Challenge

StadiaCorp was tasked with managing the cleaning and turnover of a single venue hosting four International Football Cup events within three days.

The challenge required maintaining high standards of cleanliness and readiness across multiple event and training venues for four teams, ensuring everything was flawless and prepared on a very tight schedule.

Our Solution

StadiaCorp mobilised its extensive, trained workforce to operate in supervised shifts around the clock over a 72-hour period.

We developed a strategic cleaning plan tailored to the unique demands of each event and training session, ensuring all venues were promptly turned over and ready for use. Our approach allowed us to meet the needs of the client and all stakeholders seamlessly.

The Outcome

StadiaCorp ensured a seamless event experience, allowing stakeholders to focus on the success of the International Football Cup without worrying about venue readiness.

Our efficient management of over 1,200 labour hours within 72 hours showcased our capability to handle high-pressure, multi-event environments, further strengthening the reputation of women’s football in Western Australia and Australia.
